the Airplane soccer pose
I have been excited for this moment ever since we found out Brody was a boy! Greg and I both grew up playing sports and I couldn't wait to see our little guys trying different ones out.
Our first one is soccer. The kids were kinda thrown into the game on Sat. because the first practice was rained out. (It has rained SO much lately. In fact it's raining right now.)
Anyway- We met early for the kids to run a few drills and meet each other. It was SO fun to watch. I know We're totally first timers, As you can tell from the bu-zillion pictures and video, but Greg and I totally had a blast watching Brody play.

What a stud!! He looks so cute in these pictures, I love them!
So fun, I love the enthusiasm! We love sports for our kids too. It's so much fun for everyone involved. Keep the pictures coming, you never can be too proud, when you're a Mom!!! It just reminds me to get out there and take more pictures. Poor 2nd and 3rd children, I totally went overboard with Carson, and need to do better on my cute little girls. :) Thanks for the reminder....
That is soo cute. I love watching little kids play sports. It's not about winning, it's about having fun!!
What a little stud you got there! How fun to do that. You have the greatest pictures on your blog. Thanks for sharing. I am glad to see you guys are doing so well!
That is so much fun! We can't wait to have our girls in sports too. Soccer is one that I am really looking forward to.
Soccer is the best with little boys. They have such a blast and the games are hilarious! It is fun to catch up with your family through the blog! We changed ours after the move to www.PAellsworths.blogspot.com
Sorry Melissa, Brody can't have another friend named Evan.
You know, Your husband broke my thumb as we were practicing before a soccer practice. i had a cast up to my elbow for weeks! I still hold a grudge. I told him I didn"t want to be goalie. Darn you Greg!!!!
Too fun... boys and soccer! Jonas tried soccer a year ago and it was a joke... he spent most of the time spanking the coaches bum and climbing the net. Maybe we should give it another try since he is a year older... I have to say I love the idea of watch your boys play a sport with the cool uniforms and everything... super fun. My favorite thing you did was the "after game interview" with the thumbs up... GO BRODY!
How fun. I love watching little kids play sports.
